When booking the whole accommodation only:

Q.    When will the booking be confirmed?

A.    The booking will be confirmed once a 20% deposit has been made.  The deposit should be received within 7 days of the
        provisional booking being made.

        If the booking is within 6 weeks, full payment will be required and confirmation will be subject to full payment being received.

Q.    What happens after I pay the deposit?

A.    You will be notified by email as soon as the deposit is received. 

        6 weeks prior to your arrival the balance will be due and we will email you to remind you of this.  As soon as the balance is received
        we will email through directions to our accommodation along with telephone contact numbers. 

        We live above the accommodation so will be on hand for any immediate queries.

Q.    Is the deposit refundable?

A.    Unfortunately we will be unable to refund the full deposit if you cancel within 6 weeks of your break as we may not be able to
        rebook the property at short notice

        What time do we check in / check out on departure?

A.     Check in time is 4pm.  If you arrive before this time and want to leave your cases, please feel free to do so, but we cannot       
        guarantee letting you in before this time, if we have had guests check out on the same date.

        Check out on day of departure is by 11am.  If we do not have other guests coming in on the same date and you have an evening
        flight you may be able to extend your check out time but this must be agreed in advance.

Q.    What happens if we are arriving late at night / we get lost / our flight is delayed?

A.    No problem!  We live above the accommodation.  You will have our contact telephone numbers.  Please give us a call and we will
        make sure we wait up for you.  If it is likely to be extremely late we will leave a key out for you.
